How to resign your position properly?

0

There is a wealth of advice on how to find the ideal job, but guidance on how to properly leave a position is often less common. Let’s div in “How to resign your position properly?”

Resign your position properly

If you’re unhappy with your current position, have found something better, or are just ready for a change, quitting can be a stressful task.

Leaving your job seems as simple as breaking the news in the organization, but managing the process effectively is more complex.

“Giving the notice is inevitably uncomfortable for both you and your manager. However, maintaining positive relationships with former colleagues can be valuable in the long run if you are looking for references or connections with other companies.”

Here are our tips for how to properly resign your position when you decide to leave the company:

Follow the company procedure for resignations

Check the contract or employee manual to confirm the required notice period. Following these guidelines is more than professional courtesy, as your termination benefits may depend on it. Even if your new company is pressuring you to start immediately, you must honour the current company with your commitment.

If your new job is in competition with your current company, make sure you don’t break your contract by accepting the position. If you decide to go ahead with the new job despite contractual limits, your new manager may ask you to leave your current position immediately.

The topic of resignation is often uncomfortable, but maintaining positive relationships with former co-workers can be really positive. As you advance in your professional career, references or connections with other companies are very helpful.

Keep the conversation face to face to Resign your position properly

Leaving work by email can be unprofessional and show a lack of respect for the organization. That is why you should have a face to face conversation with your boss, and then follow up with a letter.

Be kind

Before Resignation, be sure to thank your boss for all the opportunities you have had in your career with the company.

Stay positive

Avoid complaining to your coworkers about your job dissatisfaction. Don’t speak negatively about your current position or your boss in an interview for a new position.

One of the most important things is to never denigrate your current or previous job on social media. Even after you’ve given notice that you are going to move on, refrain from commenting negatively on your previous work.

When wondering why you are leaving, the ideal answer is “for a better opportunity.” If you don’t have another planned job, you may need to be more honest, but avoid attributing blame or openly criticizing your current job. An explanation like “this is not the right environment for me” sounds much better than, “I can’t stand my coworkers.”

Your resignation should be concise and direct. Be confident in your decision to move forward, but show that you appreciate the opportunities you have had. It is always advisable to resign face to face if possible and not discuss it with other colleagues beforehand.

Keep a professional attitude until you leave

While you are contemplating giving your resignation notice and even actively looking for another job, stay normal in your current position. Try to leave your colleagues, the person occupying your position and your clients as prepared as possible for your departure. While it’s tempting to be unconcerned when leaving a job, tying up loose ends and grooming your colleagues is a clear indicator of professionalism.

Make sure of the good recommendations

Before leaving your position, ask your boss and colleagues if they could be contacted to provide references on you in the future.

This may not seem important if you’ve already been offered a new job, but it’s a good idea to always have a few people from each previous job that you can turn to for recommendations if you need them.

Asking for this in person, while you’re still at the company, increases the chance that they will respond favourably to referral requests later, as they still have you in mind at that point.

It is common for younger workers to change jobs every five years or so, because they consider that this fact keeps their experience and learning alive. Knowing how to professionally handle a job transition is a valuable professional skill.

Find out more about how to establish the network that will open the doors to a new job.

If you have been made a counteroffer to stay in your current job, there are several factors that you should take into account before accepting.

Hope this helped you… Ask all your queries in the comment section and resign your position properly… Keep visiting…

MediaTek’s flagship chipset, the Dimensity 9000, has been released. The new chipset will compete with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor. The Dimensity 9000 is built on the TSMC N4 process, which brings the design up to line with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 architecture. The first smartphones powered by the Dimensity 9000 will be released in the first quarter of next year, according to MediaTek. Some of the manufacturers confirmed to use the new chipset are Oppo, Vivo, Xiaomi, and Honor.

Dimensity 9000 Specifications

The Dimensity 9000 has an Armv9 Structured, which the manufacturer believes will aid in giving a flagship experience. The octa-core CPU contains one extreme Cortex-X2 core with a clock speed of up to 3.05GHz, three performance A710 cores with a clock speed of up to 2.85GHz, and four efficiency Cortex-A510 cores. Battlefield 2042 review: Have the recent updates made it any better?

0

AAA titles have had a rather quiet year so far. The debut of Battlefield 2042 was supposed to alter that dynamic. The trailers and teasers raised the bar to new heights. Regrettably, the game fell short of expectations. Not initially. The title’s release was met with a bombardment of negative reviews highlighting game play issues. The game also has some amusing glitches, which we’ve come to anticipate from a brand-new Battlefield title.

Battlefield 2042 premiered on November 19, and only days before the game’s official launch, Dice developers published an update to fix a glitch. This upgrade was followed by three further releases that occurred virtually weekly. The patches addressed some of the issues raised by players, including discrepancies in shooting, changes in the behavior of certain weapons, and more. We should applaud DICE developers for their rapid release of patches and improvements, which have significantly enhanced the overall play experience.

Some Hits, And Some Misses

Battlefield games have established a whole new genre, and the titles have amassed a devoted following over the last decade. Battlefield 2042 attempted to provide its players with something fresh, including significant enhancements to visuals, haptics (for next-generation consoles), and innovation. However, there remains one unanswered question: how much innovation is good innovation?

Let’s get to the hits first

flying-vehicles.jpg.adapt_
Battlefield 2042 is a good recreation of a war-like setting.

With its huge size of battlefields and weaponry, Battlefield 2042 excels at recreating a war-like atmosphere. There’s a conflict going on in every dimension, whether it’s an aerial duel between aircraft or simple sniping from towers and cliffs. The game’s first patches fixed the issues with several bugs. I didn’t encounter many bugs when playing the game after the three upgrades, which is saying a lot. The first version was filled with issues, such as players running through solid objects and others running in the air.

The increased number of players and larger terrain give the game a truly war-like atmosphere. There are plenty of targets to choose from, at least in the Breakthrough and Conquest players under the All-Out Warfare menu.

If you wish to relive the glory days of Battlefields, Portal might be a thrilling alternative. Elements from Battlefield 3, Battlefield Bad Company 2, and Battlefield 1942 are included. To make it even better, there is a Rules Editor that allows you to customize the Battlefield experience.

Hazard Zone is also a welcome diversion from the Conquest and Breakthrough game types. You are inserted as a four-person squad to find and gather Data Drives dispersed throughout the battlefield while battling competing teams with the same mission and Occupying Forces. Once the data discs have been recovered, you must be evacuated before a storm sweeps over the region.

Now, on to the misses
Although the three patches have made a significant change in gameplay, certain key components of Battlefield 2042 may not be to everyone’s preference.

In comparison to the previous version, the number of players in the main Conquest game has been increased. This really helps it seem more like a genuine battlefield, but it also makes the game much more chaotic. You are generated in the base or in sectors that your side has previously occupied. You then go on to take further sectors, but only when all adversaries in that sector have been defeated.

With so many players, it’s either tremendously simple to constantly drive back a more fragmented effort at the sectors, or extremely tough to fight back since you’re continually greeted with a swarm of bullets and foes. The growing number of players also makes it difficult to coordinate.

At times, I re spawned in one of the sections that were fairly far away from the action. I often found myself fleeing for the majority of the game, and at times, I was confronted by a swarm of adversaries extremely near to the re spawn location, making it a completely one-sided affair.

Specialists
You have the opportunity to play as one of the 10 ‘Specialists.’ Each has a distinct benefit, yet they are not mutually exclusive. Any expert may change load-outs, hence altering the player’s personality. While this gives the player some options, it also takes away from the fundamental rationale for selecting a Specialist in the first place.

Verdict
Battlefield fans may want to give the new 2042 a try because of the contemporary weapons and stunning maps. Dice’s developers have issued back-to-back enhancements that have significantly improved the entire experience. The addition of the Portal mode to the game will also provide new players with a taste of the more popular variants of the war-themed game. However, some of the game’s key aspects haven’t gone down well with players. More tools for either limiting players or assisting with the turmoil on the battlefield would be welcomed. Despite its flaws, the game is not one that a Battlefield fan should pass up.

Is Battlefield 2042 free to play?

Beginning November 12, EA Play subscribers and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate users will be able to enjoy the free trial of DICE’s highly anticipated shooter.

What war is Battlefield 2042?

2042 is two decades after the events of the War of 2020. During the 2030s, extreme climate change events occur, causing major worldwide upheaval.

Is Battlefield 2042 free like a warzone?

After all, Call of Duty: Warzone is free, Apex Legends is free, Fortnite is free, and Halo Infinite’s online multiplayer will be free as well. Despite this, there are no plans for a free-to-play option in Battlefield 2042 to attract new players anytime soon.

Who made BF 2042?

India’s Mahindra and Reliance want to get bullish in India’s EV space

What is EV space?
Electric Car Charging Space (EV Space) A location designated for the future installation of EV charging equipment and electric vehicle charging. An EV spot is a parking area allocated for the installation of an EVSE in the future. The standards for EV spaces differ according to whether the development is residential or non-residential.

Reliance and Mahindra, two of the country’s largest companies, are collaborating to accelerate India’s shift to electric cars (EVs). The Mahindra Group and Reliance BP Mobility Limited (RBML), which operates under the brand name Jio-bp, signed an MoU to investigate the development of EV goods and services. One of the areas that the brands will investigate is swappable battery technology.

also read:Mahindra plans to launch eight new electric SUVs and eight electric LCVs by 2027

According to a joint statement from the firms, the collaboration intends to accelerate EV adoption in India by using high-performance and swappable batteries to alleviate range anxiety. Customers will be able to bring a drained battery to their local switching station and, for a modest price, change it out for fully charged batteries within minutes.

The companies will also explore synergies in low-carbon and conventional fuels as part of their alliance. The MoU also includes Jio-bp researching charging options for Mahindra vehicles like electric three and four-wheelers, quadricycles, and e-SCV (Small Commercial Vehicles – under 4 tonne). This would comprise Mahindra Group captive fleets and last-mile mobility vehicles.

The collaboration intends to capitalize on both organizations’ expertise in the areas of EV goods and services. Apart from leveraging existing Jio-bp stations, Mahindra Group and its channel partner sites will be examined for the establishment of Jio-bp Mobility Stations and EV charging and switching points. Jio-bp just opened its first Mobility Station in Maharashtra, offering a variety of fuelling options as well as EV charging facilities, as well as a world-class retail experience. Furthermore, commercial ideas like as Mobility as a Service (MaaS) and Battery as a Service (BaaS) will be investigated, with Jio-bp potentially providing charging options for Mahindra Group cars.

What are the 3 types of EVs?
When we think about EVs, we generally there are three kinds of electric cars: hybrid electric vehicles (HEV), plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (PHEV), and battery electric vehicles (BEV) (BEV).

Here in this article, you are going to learn about 16 facts about dogs that will surprise you, let’s dive in…

16 facts about dogs that will surprise you

  1. Service dogs learn to distinguish their working hours. When they are wearing the harness they know that it is time to work. When the harness has been removed, the dogs immediately become playful. When you come across a service dog, don’t say hello! He’s working and you could distract him;)
  2. Dogs don’t enjoy cuddling the way humans do. According to us, hugs are wonderful and express support, love, joy and other emotions, but for canids, interpretation differs and can be a stressor. Unlike us, dogs did not evolve that way, they do not have arms and do not hug.
  3. Dogs are capable of understanding more than 250 words and gestures, they can count to 5 and do simple mathematical calculations. The mental capacities of the average dog are similar to those of a two-year-old.
  4. The whiskers of dogs are located on the sides of the nose, above the upper lip, on the chin, on the forehead just above the eyes, on the sides of the head at a medium height between the eyes and below the snout. They are highly sensitive to air currents and vibrations. They allow them to react quickly when something rubs against them and even detect dangerous surfaces or objects. They are as sensitive as the tips of our fingers.
  5. The learning that a dog could gain through positive training can last a lifetime. Education focused on positive reinforcement fosters cognitive processes that strengthen behaviour with pleasant consequences. For example, if a dog lies down and at that moment receives a small piece of food, he will tend to lie down more frequently to receive the food. Then, you will be using positive reinforcement to teach him to lie down.
  6. The popular belief that dogs have strong and sturdy necks is not entirely true. It is true that some robust dogs have a greater muscular volume in the neck but that factor does not mean that they are wearing steel armour. Pulling them with the strap attached to the collar and carrying them by the skin are situations that can cause numerous injuries in the neck area, with serious consequences in the short, medium and long term.
  7. All dogs are born unable to see or hear. Smell and touch is the most important thing for a newborn.
  8. Spiked dog collars (belt type) were an invention of the ancient Greeks. They were specially designed to protect the neck of dogs from attacks by wolves and other animals.
  9. Dogs drink water by forming a type of spoon with their tongue.
  10. Two stray dogs saved the lives of 50 American soldiers during their stay in Afghanistan. A group on Facebook managed to raise 21 thousand dollars to be able to take them to the USA.

6 More facts about dogs that you will love to know

  1. The only way to know a dog’s body temperature is by using a rectal thermometer.
  2. Many of Russia’s stray dogs have learned to use the subway in order to reach the most populated places (downtown) in search of food.
  3. Adopting a senior dog is simple: Most senior dogs have a defined personality. That allows you to choose a Super Puppy that is 100% compatible with you 🙂 A senior dog has so much to teach us because he knows perfectly who they are and what they want in life.
  4. There is a dog-shaped building in Tirau, New Zealand.
  5. For children who stutter, talking with your dog can help overcome speech difficulties.
  6. When a puppy hiccups it will usually be a sign that he is cold;)
