The head physician of the Rimmarita clinic, therapist, nutritionist Rimma Moysenko warned about the dangers of misusing fruit in an interview with Sputnik radio.

Fruit eaten at the wrong time can harm the body, she said. She noted that in no case should you replace the usual meal with fruits since this disrupts lipid and carbohydrate metabolism in the body. It is especially dangerous for health to do this in the evenings, since “eating” hunger with fruits at this time of day can bring the body to a hormonal disruption leading to weight gain.

Moysenko’s Statement | Dangers of misusing fruit

“The fruit immediately affects the cerebral cortex, and it ceases to feel the hormone leptin, which regulates energy metabolism <…> The fruit can lead to leptin resistance, a formidable complication in which the brain does not understand how much energy it has, begins to save it and stock up, ”said Moysenko.

The nutritionist recommended including fruits in your diet, focusing on the first hours after breakfast and combining with other foods. She stressed that when combined with vegetables, fruits turn into a valuable and nutritious product.

Earlier nutritionist Laura Ford and Australian nutritionist also dispelled myths about weight loss and healthy eating. The doctor said that carbohydrates are essential for the body, so you cannot totally abandon them for a slender figure. Additionally, the Australian nutritionist explained that gluten-free foods are not always more beneficial than regular ones.

A woman of 18 from Kansas won a price-money of $25000 on her first-ever lottery ticket.

Earlier this week, a woman named Sloan Stanley bought her first-ever lottery ticket, just dates after her 18th birthday anniversary, she won the top prize in the Kansas Lottery’s $5 Cash Cow instant game. Look what she said…

“I bought the Cash Cow ticket because I like cows and thought it was cute,” Stanley said in a news release. “I was in shock that the first ticket I ever bought ended up winning $25,000!”

Stanley’s Father’s Reaction

You will be amazed to know her family’s reaction to her amazing luck, Stanley told that when she initially told her dad about her winnings of $25,000 he didn’t initially believe her huge winnings.

Tesla’s Full Self-Driving beta program

In one of his recent statements recorded, Elon Musk says that his well-known company Tesla is increasing the size of its Full Self-Driving Beta program, in fact, Tesla is doubling the size with an upcoming new update.

In October 2020, Tesla started to thrust a Full Self-Driving Beta release to owners under “Early Access” program, a club of Tesla owners tested early versions of new features before a full release to the fleet.

The software update was marked as a major step to fulfil its longtime promise of presenting its vehicles with “full self-driving” through over-the-air software updates.

While the update does not appear a truly self-driving vehicle because the responsibility still lies with the vehicle driver, which Tesla still needs to stay alert and be equipped to take command at all times, it does fill the gap with Tesla’s Autopilot highway driving innovations and enable Tesla’s driver-assist system to run the vehicle on city streets and through crossings.

Tesla owners practising the FSD beta are capable to provide the car a target and the vehicle will attempt to drive to those target autonomously with the operator gripping the steering and ready to take over.

Elon Musk’s Statement on Full Self-Driving beta program

Elon said that the number of Tesla owners for testing the FSD Beta will double with a latest update:

“If you want the Tesla Full Self-Driving Beta downloaded to your car, let us know. Doubling beta program size now with 8.2 & probably 10X size with 8.3. Still, be careful, but it’s getting mature.”

Last month, Elon Musk unveiled that 1,000+ Tesla owners currently testing the Full Self-Driving beta.

Tesla practices the test fleet to present real-world data to a neural network in order to improve the performance.

The CEO didn’t refine the timings of new versions of FSD Beta software, but are likely coming by the next month as Elon mentioned earlier this week.

We hope by the end of 2021, Tesla will deliver a truly full self-driving level 5 system.

SpaceX’s recent heavy-duty launch managed to pull off its initial flourishing landing, but that was a short-lived victory as the starship blew itself and was sunk in the fire.

This was SpaceX’s 3rd such attempt that has testified similar results. The Starship SN-10 was ejected from the company’s launch pad in Texas on March 3 (Wednesday) at about 5.15 PM. SpaceX has formed the Starship to carry 100 tons of cargo with humans on future missions to Mars and moon.

Tiger Shroff who is a recent birthday boy too has revealed the release date of his upcoming film Heropanti 2. Its first part was previously released in 2014. That part was directed by Mr Sabbir Khan. It was regarded as the Bollywood debut of Kriti Sanon and our hero Tiger Shroff.

Actor Tiger Shroff, on this Tuesday, celebrated his 31st birthday anniversary. On the occasion of his birthday, he gifted his fans with the announcement of the release date of his extremely awaited film, Heropanti 2. The birthday boy announced that the second part of his film Heropanti is set to appear in cinemas on December 3, 2021.

“My first love is back ❤️ action, thrill, like never before! Let’s celebrate this one together on the 3rd of December in cinemas,” Tiger wrote in a post and shared a new poster of Heropanti 2. In the poster, Tiger is captured in action while wearing a suited attire.
