Amid this coronavirus thriller, there have been so many ups and downs for each one of us. On top of it all, everyone has opinions on everything, especially on food items, what to eat? What not to eat? As food is the primary source of energy which helps with maintaining strength and producing antibodies while fighting against covid-19, maintaining a balanced diet and keeping yourself healthy just on diet is also in trend for many.
