2. Avoid routines

So, if every morning you wake up you do the same thing, start by taking another path when you are on your way to work or eat something different for breakfast or start reading a book, etc.
Don’t put your brain to sleep but keep it awake. It is also said that the best way to increase memory is to learn new things. Well, make daily routines not weekly or monthly. Make a plan on the go or do different things every day. If it is so, you will learn new things and therefore improve your memory.
